Stuart Armstrong, senior sales negotiator at Grosvenor Cobham
Grosvenor is enjoying a strong start to 2023 following the appointment of senior ex-Curchods sales negotiator Stuart Armstrong.
Stuart joins the Cobham office as senior sales negotiator, working directly alongside Sales Director Lewis Sutehall and Managing Director Gareth Davies, where he will be responsible for establishing and overseeing sales from homeowners across Cobham and the surrounding villages.
With an Elmbridge property career spanning over two decades, Stuart has carved his position as a consummate estate agent who has built a reputation for selling properties in some of Surrey’s most exclusive areas including St George’s Hill, Burwood Park and Ashley Park.
Having spent 10 years with Curchods’ Walton and Weybridge offices, and 13 years with Townends (now Stirling Ackroyd), Stuart is ready to support Grosvenor ambitious growth strategy, which will see the estate agent, which first opened its doors in 2002, implement a number of exciting changes over the next 12 months.
On joining the growing team of Cobham estate agents, Stuart comments: “I’m delighted to join Grosvenor for two reasons. Firstly, Cobham is a thriving village that’s fast becoming recognised as Elmbridge’s most sought-after place to live. Secondly, there’s such a positive energy amongst the team and a clear appetite for growth, so it’s great to be a part of what will undoubtedly be an exciting period for the business.”
Gareth Davies, Managing Director at Grosvenor, adds: “Stuart’s appointment is important for us and one of the many additions we’ll be making to the team in the coming months as we get the foundations for growth in place. 2023 is going to be a big year for Grosvenor, so we’re delighted to have recruited such an experienced professional and excited about what lies ahead. We now look forward to developing and refining our brand even further.”
